Liars or Lawyers?

This section is dedicated to Lawyers and Legal Expertise. I don’t know, whether to treat this know-how as elementary to our existence, or an unavoidable extra in my life?

However, the more I embraced life, I realize legalities are inseparable. As I progressed from youth to Corporate life, Contract Law became part of my learning. As I entered into Housing Contracts, the terms started ringing bells. As I entered US, I had to sign NDAs. And the real legal learning began there. After all, it is the ‘sue’ capital of the world.

As I started contracting services, I had to dwell for hours on the legal terminology, to make sure it wouldn’t bite my ass later? And in ending a personal relationship journey of 17+ years, I learned most how important paper trail is in one’s personal life and if there is one thing that can save your face is – proofs! And even if you wish your legal battles are not as rocky, if your separating partner’s lawyer is a but an inflated ass of legal crap, you can expect a very shitty time.

In my long journey – specially in the turn of the new decade 2010, I met some exceptional Lawyers ~ one would call as Legal Luminaires and some, who wouldn’t befit as foot mats? I won’t waste my time on naming the idiots, but share the dirty signs, which you must foresee. And take corrective action. For after all, it could be your life at stake?
